Welcome to Llewellyn Farms Civic Association website!
Llewellyn Farms is a beautiful and vibrant neighborhood located in Dublin, Ohio. The neighbors are friendly, welcoming, active in preserving the well-being of the neighborhood and take great pride in the neighborhood itself.
The neighborhood is comprised of 182 households. Next to the neighborhood is a beautiful park - Llewellyn Farms Park, which is maintained by the City of Dublin. The park features tennis and basketball courts, a picnic shelter and playground. An elementary school - Griffin Thomas Elementary School - is adjacent to the neighborhood. A recently-constructed bike path connects the neighborhood to Old Dublin.
The Llewellyn Farms Civic Association (LFCA) contributes greatly to the well-being of the neighborhood. Its mission is to promote the common good and general welfare of the neighborhood and bring about civic betterments and social improvements. The LFCA is responsible for conducting social events such as the annual Holiday Party and annual picnic. Additionally, the LFCA assists neighbors who host “parties on the patio” during the summer months and progressive dinners are held every other year. The LFCA also maintains the entryways to the neighborhood.
In 2016, the LFCA took the lead in renewing the restrictive covenants in the deeds applicable to neighborhood properties and worked with the City of Dublin to resolve a parking issue in the neighborhood.
All neighbors are encouraged to participate in the LFCA though the payment of annual dues (currently $50.00/year, which is a bargain any way that you look at it) and becoming active in the LFCA.
